| Pearl (Bajra) millet flour laddu | 
- Pearl (Bajra) millet flour – 1 cup (200 grams)
 - Jaggery – 1/2 cup (100 grams)
 - Cardamom – 2 pinches
 - Whole roasted gram (Chick peas) – 2 teaspoons
 - Sesame or Coconut oil – 50 ml
