Ingredients (for 2 people):
  1. Carrot – 250 grams
  2. Ball Jaggery or jaggery powder – 75 grams
  3. Water – 50 ml
  4. Cashewnuts – 25 grams
  5. Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

தேவையான பொருட்கள் (2 நபருக்கு):
  1. கேரட் – 250 கிராம்
  2. மண்டை வெல்லம் அல்லது நாட்டுச் சர்க்கரை – 75 கிராம்
  3. தண்ணீர் – 50 மில்லி
  4. முந்திரிப் பருப்பு – 25 கிராம்
  5. ஏலக்காய் தூள் – 1/4 தேக்கரண்டி
