- Foxtail millet – 1 cup (150 gms)
- Water – 2 1/2 cups
- Cauliflower florets – 1 cup (75 gms)
- Broccoli florets – 1 cup (75 gms)
- Green peas – 1/4 cup (25 gms)
- Tomato – 2 or 3 medium sized
- Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
- Lemon – 1/2 piece
- Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
- Pudina leaves – 8
- Ginger – 1/2 inch piece (grated)
- Pepper – 6 to 8 nos.
- Gingelly (Sesame) Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 1
- Rock salt – as per taste
