Ingredients:
- Kodo millet – 1 cup (150 gms)
- Water – 2 or 2 1/2 cups
- Capsicum – 2 (chopped lengthwise)
- Mustard – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cashewnut – 8 nos.
- Ghee or Gingelly (Sesame) oil – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
- Coriander leaf – 2 teaspoons
- Rock salt - as per taste
